Eugene Erickson Obituary, Death – At the time of his passing on December 9, 2022, Eugene Erickson was a patient at the St. Joseph’s Hospital located in Estevan, Saskatchewan. At the time of his departure, he had reached the age of eighty in his lifetime.Eugene Erickson came into the world on August 17, 1942, and his parents, Robert and Bernice Erickson, were the ones who gave birth to him. Eugene was named after his grandfather, Robert Erickson.
His preferred places of academic instruction were located in the towns of Nygren and Woodend. When he was still a young man, he began approaching a lot of people who lived in the area and offering his assistance to them. In the 1970s, he started working for a Water Well Drilling Company that was based out of Moose Jaw, and while he was there, he did a lot of traveling to farms and villages in the southwest part of Saskatchewan. During this time, he met a lot of interesting people.
When he worked at Kalium Chemicals, which at the time had its headquarters in Moose Jaw, he received a comprehensive education in each and every facet of well drilling. After that, he was successful in obtaining employment at Flint Energy Services, which maintained a branch in Estevan. Eugene and his family moved to the area around Estevan in 1976, and not long after their arrival, Eugene made the investment in water well drilling equipment with the help of his family.
After establishing his company primarily in the eastern portion of the province of Saskatchewan, he later expanded his products to include maintenance services for water wells and pumps. His original focus was on establishing his company in the eastern region of the province. It was in December of 1972 when he made his first trip to the AA Centre, which was located in the same facility that had been St. Joseph’s Hospital in the past. It will be 50 years since he made his first trip to the center in the year 2022, which will be the anniversary year. After getting married in 1977, Eugene and Connie continued to make the Estevan area their primary residence right up until the spring of 2022, when they made the decision to move to Midale. Since then, the happy pair has lived in Midale.
