On Monday, the names of the young woman who was killed and the four other people who were injured when the car in which she was riding collided with a retaining wall in Menifee were made public. The fatality was a young woman. The other four injuries were sustained by four other people. At that time, the young lady was 16 years old. The other passengers in the vehicle were also hurt as a result of the accident.
When it crashed into the wall, the car was traveling in the westbound direction on the two-lane street at an unknown speed. This collision was the cause of the accident that took place. The results of the investigation indicate that the adolescent was one of the four people who were traveling in the car at the time that it was involved in the collision.
It had already been determined that Lewis had passed away before the paramedics from the Riverside County Fire Department arrived at the scene, so there was no need for them to perform any further tests or procedures.
A fourth individual was able to walk away from the incident with only minor injuries, while two others were left with injuries that were considered to be catastrophic as a result of the incident.
