Denise may have been a person with special needs, but throughout her life, she was without a doubt a source of joy and support for those in her family who were closest to her. Some of her favorite things included Christmas lights, music, coffee-powered musical toys, and wind-up musical toys. Listening to her father play the guitar and sing her favorite song, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, along with a variety of other country, bluegrass, and hymns was her absolute favorite thing to do. Denise was non-verbal throughout her entire life, but when she was younger, she was a vivacious little sparkplug. She was always the child that her parents favored the most, and she had the ability to command the attention of her siblings whenever she required it. Denise has never been able to communicate verbally, yet she has always been her parent’s favorite child. She had been raised by her late parents up until the time of their deaths, during which they showered her with love and care and prayed over her continuously. She had been raised by them up until the time of their deaths. After that, she decided to move in with her sister, and they continued living together as roommates right up until the death of the older sibling.
