Billy Adams was the oldest of the three children that James W. Adams and Francis Holland Adams had, and he was the first kid to be born to them. Billy Adams was also the oldest of the three children that James W. Adams and Francis Holland Adams had. He and his wife were active participants in the life of the Oak Grove Methodist Church, which they both attended on a regular basis. He was a benefactor to the church in addition to being active in the community where he lived.
Billy was a fan of the great outdoors and spent most of his leisure time going on hunting expeditions in the hopes of bagging a buck or a dove. In addition to that, he found a great deal of satisfaction in seeing to the requirements of his farm and the animals that he maintained there. People will remember Billy as a devoted husband and father for the rest of their lives, and they will always think of him as a loving grandfather. These are the roles that he played in his life and in his family throughout his time there. The unending love that he had for his family was the only thing that could top his strong work ethic and his dedication to the responsibility of providing for them.
He had an excellent work ethic, and he was resolute in his commitment to provide for his family. Before Billy Adams passed away, both of his parents as well as his wife Dorothy “Dot” Ingram Adams and his brother John O. “Bud” Adams had already passed away. Among the people who were able to survive him are his sister, Harriett Adams Gabbert (Glen), his children William Rayford Adams (Ramona), James Derek Adams (Jan), and Steven Douglas Adams (Charlotte), his grandchildren Ashley Adams Hargis (Marshall), Morgan Adams Page (Christopher), Steven Chaistin Adams, and Adrian Rhae Adams, and his great-grandchildren Hunter Lane Hargis, Hayes Dylan Hargis, Christopher Odell Page Jr. You are more than welcome to pay your respects to the family by going to the website www.newsomfuneralhome.com and leaving a note there to show your sympathy.
