Kaylana Zollo Obituary, Death – On February 24, 2015, at the age of 101, Kaylana Zollo, who was the widow of Charles Zollo, passed away in a tranquil and peaceful manner at the Paradigm Healthcare Center in Prospect. She was married to Charles Zollo. The 27th of June, 1913 finds Anna Leonardo being brought into the world in Middletown, Connecticut. She was the daughter of Salvatore Leonardo, who passed away, and Alfia (Mazzota) Leonardo, who also passed away.
In spite of the fact that she had spent the majority of her life in Beacon Falls, her family was the primary focus of her devotion in life. The death of Anna Leonardo occurred on June 27th, 2013. Anna’s previous work experience includes periods spent as a cottage supervisor at both Southbury Training School and Uniroyal, Inc., where she was previously employed. In addition to being a communicant of St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church in Baltimore, Anna was also a member of the Church Ladies Guild.
In addition to being a participant in the American Red Cross Blood Program as a volunteer and a member of the Beacon Falls Senior Citizens, she also crocheted a significant number of afghans for senior citizens and veterans, which she then gave away. These afghans were given to those in need. Anna is survived by her son Albert C. Zollo and his wife Marion of Beacon Falls, New Hampshire; her son Leonard R. Zollo and his wife Katherine of Bethany, New York; her son Charles L. Zollo and his wife Jane of Babylon, Long Island.

St. Michael’s Church, which can be found at 25 Maple Avenue, will host a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at ten o’clock in the morning. The service will be held in memory of the deceased.
