Frank Houston Death, Obituary – We would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to the Houston family on the loss of Frank Houston, who resided in Brockagh, Cloghan, County Donegal. Frank was a longtime resident of the area. The ‘Brentwood Manor’ Nursing Home in Convoy is where Frank passed away before his time.
The mortal remains of Frank will be placed in repose in his previous residence commencing at 4:30 p.m. tomorrow, December 15th, and beginning at noon on Friday, December 16th. Both of these times are Eastern Standard Time.
As well as the morning of the funeral, time was spent with relatives starting at 10 p.m. and continuing until 12 p.m. Maria and Susan, both of Frank’s daughters, as well as his grandchildren, as well as his sisters Ellen (Clonmany), Rose, and Breid, and their respective families, will miss him greatly. We pray that his gentle soul finds eternal rest (New York). There were seven brothers in total: Willie (Cloghan), Seamus (Cloghan), Eddie (New York), Peadar and Mickey (Letterkenny), and Paul (Cloghan). Paddy, John, Con, and Joe, four of his brothers, all preceded him in death before he did.
On Saturday, December 17th, at 11am, a Requiem Mass will be performed in
“Our Lady of Perpetual, Succour, Glenfin.” Following the Mass, the burial will take place at Kilteevoge Cemetery, which is also located in Glenfin. “It is vital for the delicate clasp that is holding our hands to relax and let go. “Please only give flowers to the family. ” If the family so wants, memorial contributions can be sent to the Alzheimer’s Society, Donegal Branch, which should be sent to the care of Marley Funeral Directors in Cloghan.
