Matthew Walls Obituary, Death – Matthew P. Walls, who was 45 years old when he died on December 7, passed away suddenly. Matt was born on June 14, 1977 in Onondaga, New York. He and his family initially made their home in Syracuse, New York, before moving to the Reading area of Pennsylvania when he was a young child. Matt was born in Onondaga. It was clear from an early age that Matt had a singular drive, talent, and creative ability.
It was also clear that he had a business savvy and an entrepreneurial spirit as he moved through his teenage years and into his young adult years. Before beginning his highly successful career in procurement within the pharmaceutical sector, he graduated from The Wharton School in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and Marketing. Prior to that, he had already established himself in the field.
Matthew gave a great deal of importance to furthering his education and advancing his career, and as a result, he earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012. His passions and interests included things like going to the beach, playing golf, and shopping at thrift stores. However, his favorite pastime was unwinding by a pool or on a sunny beach, preferably in a tropical setting.
Amanda, his wife of 23 years, and their children Emerson and Ethan are the only people who will remember Matt after he has passed away. In addition, he will be much missed by his brother James Walls, his sister Kristi Diaz, his brother-in-law Jose Diaz, his nephews and niece Evan, Eli, Lilia, and Samuel, as well as many other members of his extended family, friends, and coworkers.
Matthew was a man who exemplified the meaning of his name, which is “God’s gift,” by his boundless energy and kindness, which will live on in infamy forever. It is a source of consolation to learn that Matt is now with the Lord, whom he proclaimed to be his Savior and worked hard to follow from the time he was a child. There will be a memorial service performed in private for immediate family members and close friends. In lieu of flowers, donations to help cover the cost of living expenses for his family should be sent to Post Office Box 882, Morrisville, Pennsylvania 19067.
