Michael Young Obituary, Death – Michael Young, a citizen of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, passed away at the Pickering House on September 26, 2022. He was 73 years old at the time of his passing and had been staying there since the previous day. Michael Young went to be with the Lord. On February 16, 1949, Michael Young was born in Greenfield, Ohio, to the late Clarence and Chloie Young. Both of his parents have now passed away. Both of his parents have passed away since then.
At this point, both of his parents had passed away from their illnesses. After completing his studies at that university between 1972 and 1974, he was awarded a degree from Ohio State University. Following the conclusion of his formal studies, he became an Elder at the Shining Light Community Church located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In addition to being a fervent supporter of Ohio in all of its athletic activities, Michael was someone who enjoyed gardening and golfing.
He was also an Ohio fanatic. He was devoted to his wife, children, and grandchildren, and he took immense satisfaction in serving his family in the capacities of husband, father, and grandfather. Being a grandfather to his five grandchildren brought Michael the most happiness he had ever experienced in his life. More than anything else, he cherished his role as a grandfather.
Michael is survived by his devoted wife, Beverly Young; sons, Jared (Kelsey) Young of Fairborn, OH and Stephen (Beth) Young of Westerville, OH; grandchildren, Ian, Olivia, and Lynn, of Fairborn; and Chloe and Leah of Westerville; sister, Carolyn (Tom) Hamilton; as well as a large number of other devoted family members and friends. Michael passed away on February 1, 2019. On February 1, 2019, Michael was taken from us forever. Michael was taken from us on April 15, 2019, and he will never return.
Before he left, his parents, as well as his sisters Flora Mae Layman, Katherine Clawson, and Grace Dhume, and his nephew Tommy Herman, all moved away. Both of his aunts, Grace Dhume and Flora Mae Layman, were named Flora. She was his sister and her name was Katherine Clawson.
