Pat Gillespie Obituary, Death – Arnall Golden Gregory (AGG) shares the sad news that staff member Patricia “Pat” Ann Gillespie, who was based in Atlanta and passed away on November 30, 2022, while she was accompanied by her immediate family. Pat, who served as the supervisor of AGG’s resource center, was one of our employees who had the longest tenure at the company. Pat had been with the company for more than 36 years. She will be remembered not only as a dearly loved friend and colleague, but also for the bright and cheery disposition that she exuded across the organization.
We frequently speak with AGG’s new hires about the firm’s goal, vision, values, and culture,” said Bob Greenage, who serves as AGG’s director of human resources. “It’s important for them to understand what the company stands for,” added Greenage. When I talk about the company’s culture, I talk about Pat, who exemplified the absolute best qualities of what it means to be an employee at this company. Her most recent position, that of resource center supervisor, gave her the opportunity to interact with and get to know practically all of the new employees at the company. She never failed to flash a warm smile at anybody she encountered and was a joy to have a conversation with. I shall miss having weekly conversations with you about business, travel, and life in general.
According to Debra Roache, who worked as the receptionist at AGG, “Pat had the sweetest heart of anyone I know.” “Pat took a lot of pride in running the information center, and she was quite passionate about her work. Over the course of twenty years, Pat and I never missed a day of lunch together, and I’ll miss the daily call she used to make to find out where we were going to eat. My experience of lunch will never be the same again, and I will miss my wonderful friend very much. She was an invaluable resource, and her absence will be felt by everyone.
Her daughter, grandchildren, and siblings, in addition to a large number of nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends, will carry on Pat’s legacy after she has passed on.
Pat will be greatly missed, and we will be eternally grateful for the chance to have worked alongside her and witnessed her vivacious personality during the time that we had with her. She leaves behind an indelible mark on AGG, and we would like to extend our most heartfelt sympathies to her family and friends at this difficult time.
