Phil Dykins Death, Obituary – Phil Dykins, who was born and raised in Compstall and was a member of the Compstall Cricket Club for as long as I can remember, passed away not too long ago at the age of 85. He was a player on the club’s team for as long as I can remember. Since as far back as I can remember, he had been an active member of the club. For as long as my recollection serves me, which is to say for a considerable amount of time, he had been a member of the club. In the midst of delivering this statement, we would want to extend our most sincere condolences to the Dykins family and let them know how sorry we are for the loss they have suffered.
As a result of the demise of their grandfather, my heartfelt condolences go out to Margaret, his wife of 61 years, as well as to his three sons and his countless grandchildren. Their grandfather was a wonderful man. I pray that he finds eternal rest.
