David Priest Obituary, Death – On Monday, April 19, 2021, David Howe Priest left this world to be with his Heavenly Father. He was surrounded by his devoted family at the time of his passing. David’s parents, Margaret Jane (Lichtenauer) and Raymond Ward Priest, welcomed him into the world on May 9, 1947 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In 1965, he received his diploma from Chelsea High School. Between the years 1966 and 1974, he was a Finance and Accounting Supervisor in the United States Air Force. His travels took him to a number of locations around the United States, including Hawaii, Saigon, and the Philippines.
After serving his country honorably in the Air Force, David pursued a career in sales before going on to work in the insurance and mortgage industries. Following his “retirement,” David found work as a part-time Patient Transporter for the Munson Medical Center. On April 20, 1994, David put his faith in Jesus Christ and acknowledged him as the Lord and Savior of his life.
