Michael Penman Obituary, Death – Michael Ray Penman, our son, brother, and father, passed away on May 27, 2022 after a long and happy life. He was 62 years old. In loving memory of our family member. Mike was struggling with his poor health, which eventually became an uphill battle for him. He was the eldest of Delbert and Bonnie Penman’s four children, and he was named after his father. Everyone who had the privilege of knowing him will grieve his passing greatly.
He was a kind man who was devoted to his family and had a good sense of humor. Those who knew him describe him as being one of the most compassionate persons they have ever met. He was confronted with a great deal of difficulty throughout his life, but he silently made up his mind to take on each obstacle to the best of his ability.
He was born on January 18, 1960, and gardening was the activity that brought him the most joy throughout his life. He enjoyed the great outdoors tremendously and spent as much time as he could there because to his passion for water skiing. He was very pleased with himself for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. Because of his meticulous attention to detail, he built a successful career in the drywall industry and was never at a loss for work. He devoted the final years of his life to taking care of his mother and father.
He is survived by his mother, Bonnie, as well as his three sisters, Lynn, DeAnna (Jeff) Christensen, and Lori (Jens) Christensen; his four children, Dustin (Maryann) Penman, Josh (Appols) Penman, Teaira (Kolton) Julander, and Matt (Rachel) Peck; and his thirteen grandchildren, Lia Jo, Eleanor, Brynn, Holland, Carson, Quin His father, Delbert Ray Penman, passed away before him before he was born.
On June 11, 2022, at 11:00 in the morning, the funeral service will take place at the LDS Meetinghouse, which can be found at 6410 S 725 E, Murray, Utah 84107. On Saturday, beginning at 10:00 am and continuing until 10:45 am, there will be a viewing before the service. Donations in Bonnie Penman’s honor can be donated in place of flowers at this time.
