Nick Lagasse Obituary, Death – Mark A. Lagasse, who was 58 years old and the sole son of Donald and Claudette Lagasse, passed away on December 6, 2022 in Killingworth. He was greatly loved by his parents. Mark’s birthday is April 26th, and he was born in Skowhegan, Maine. Mark earned his diploma from Vinal Technical High School and went on to become a Master Carpenter at Post Road Wood Products. Mark was there for 15 years. Mark was able to construct his own home in Killingworth with the assistance of a large number of pals. Mark was unable to continue working as a carpenter due to his physical restrictions, so he found work at Whelen Engineering, where he has been engaged for the past twenty years.
He is survived by his devoted parents, Donald and Claudette Lagasse, as well as his sisters Dorothy DeCaprio (Joseph), Marie Statoulas, and Daphne Lagasse and companion Steve Jack (Michael). In addition, he leaves behind his cherished nieces Emma and Kaleigh DeCaprio as well as his nephew, Jacob Statoulas. His aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, as well as the good friends who remained by Mark through thick and thin, especially John and Richard Bauer, will miss him. We will always remember Mark’s warm smile, bear hugs, kind spirit, and passion for getting the whole family together.
On the Saturday, December 17, 2022, at 12 PM, there will be a Memorial Mass conducted for Mark at St. Lawrence Church, which is located at 7 Hemlock Drive in Killingworth. After the service, burial will take place in Evergreen Cemetery, which is located on Green Hill Road in Killingworth. The guests are respectfully requested to report directly to the church upon their arrival as there are no calling hours.
