Pamela Wilkins Schu Obituary, Death – Pamela Wilkins Schu, 62 years old, of Hornell, New York, lost her long-fought battle with illness on Tuesday afternoon at her home on Beltz Road. She had been battling the illness for quite some time. She had been struggling against the disease for a considerable amount of time. She had been fighting the disease for a significant amount of time at that point. She spent the last moments of her life in the company of her loving and dedicated family members who were there to comfort and support her (Dec. 13, 2022).
Her parents, James Wilkins and Muriel (Hendee) Wilkins, have both passed away since she was born on Christmas Day in North Hornell, New York, in the year 1959. She was the only child of the couple. She was born to James Wilkins and Muriel (Hendee) Wilkins, and she was their daughter. Pam has spent her entire life in Hornell, and she received her high school education and diploma from Hornell High School in 1978. Pam has never lived anywhere else but in Hornell. In addition, Pam completed her secondary schooling at that location.
After finishing her undergraduate studies at Alfred University, she continued her education and received a master’s degree in nursing from SUNY Brockport. She also received her certification as a registered nurse (RN) from Alfred University. She worked as a registered nurse at a number of different local organizations, some of which include the St. James Mercy Hospital in Hornell, Planned Parenthood, Alfred University, and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Bath. She also worked as a registered nurse at the University of Rochester.
Pam cherished the opportunity to spend time in nature partaking in activities such as camping, hiking, skiing, and kayaking; hence, she devoted as much of her time as she possibly could to participating in these pursuits. Some of her all-time favorite activities included going skiing, hiking, and camping. She was highly dedicated to crocheting, and she enjoyed watercolor painting, especially of landscapes. Her favorite subjects were flowers and trees. Landscapes were her go-to source of ideas whenever she wanted to paint something new.
